Orders and Shipping
All personalized orders will be built and shipped in the order received. All personalized orders have a 5-10 business day lead time.

You will receive an email with the tracking number when your order is shipped. Track via the link.
No Factor Design Co. does NOT retain customer payment information. Account creation with WooCommerce may result in saved payment information depending on what you select.
We charge sales tax in the appropriate states according to tax code and federal law.
No Factor Design Company is currently shipping to the United States and APO/FPOs only.
Returns and Exchanges
Return requests will be granted within 10 days of item receipt.
Returns requested due to expectations being unmet or quality concerns will be fully reimbursed.
All other returns will withhold a 15% convenience fee and return shipping will be on you.
Send us pictures of the order damage and packaging damage, and we will get you taken care of.
